Learn all you need to develop a dynamic jump-rope practice!

  • Develop cardiovascular endurance, coordination, balance, and improve bone density!

  • Learn or improve your Double-Unders!

  • Learn Cross-Overs, Boxer Shuffle, and Joggers!

  • Learn to design fun and interesting Rope Jumping routines on the go!

In addition to the two-hour workshop, you'll receive a guide for continuing to build on your existing skills, to develop a fun and dynamic Rope-Jumping practice!
